INOVASI GURU DALAM MENCIPTAKAN MERDEKA BELAJAR YANG INTERAKTIF DAN HUMANISTIK PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

This study discusses the innovations made by teachers to create independent learning, starting from teachers who are not too tied to too many administrative burdens who can focus more on exploring the potential of students and giving students the freedom to choose to study whenever and wherever. The learning is interactive because there is reciprocity between teachers and students and humanistic because this learning is more centered on students who build their own knowledge and learning experiences. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method. The data analysis is a qualitative research model of Miles and Huberman. Miles and Huberman's model is used to classify data from observations and interviews gradually and continuously so that a conclusion is obtained. The steps used in this model include: data reduction, data presentation, and making conclusions. This observation is intended to obtain data regarding the condition of the object and observe the learning activities of SDN 01 Jumapolo. Interviews were conducted with questions prepared by the researcher and then the researcher did the documentation. The results showed that after the teacher made learning innovations, students were more interested in learning and looked forward to the learning provided by the teacher through various online web platforms, even though there were many obstacles during the learning process.
