PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE JIGSAW TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA KELAS IV MI DARUL HIJRAH MADANI KOTA KUPANG TAHUN 2020/2021

Abstract

Based on the results of observations made by researchers at MI Darul Hijrah Madani, Kupang City, where the learning process occurs only in one direction, causing low student learning outcomes. The value of the science test results turned out to be only 35% of students who achieved complete learning while 65% of students had not achieved learning mastery. Based on the problems above, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of using the jigsaw type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes with this type of pre-experimental research, while the population and sample in this study were class IV students, totaling 10 people. This research was conducted at MI Darul Hijrah Madani, Kupang City. while the instruments used were in the form of documentation and learning outcomes tests, while the data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. Based on the results of research data analysis and calculations that have been carried out, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the application of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes. The effect can be seen from the difference in learning outcomes between the posttest mean score is 84.80 while the pretest is 69.20. Likewise with the results of the hypothesis test data, the pretest and posttest data obtained the Sig value on both tests with df 9 being sig 0.000 <0.05, then H1 was accepted and Ho was rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the jigsaw type cooperative model on student learning outcomes.
