Abstract

Naturalistic intelligence is one of the multiple types of intelligence possessed by humans. Naturalist intelligence is not only the ability of a child to recognize and classify flora and fauna, but to maintain and love creatures in the surrounding environment by showing environmental care behavior, respecting nature by preserving natural resources and all its contents. The existence of Penglipuran Village, which in 2018 was named the third cleanest village in the world by Bombastic Magazine, is certainly interesting to study in examining the naturalistic intelligence profile of children in Panglipuran village. The research method used is an ethnographic method with a qualitative approach. Collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were children aged 4-6 years in Panglipuran Village Bangli Bali, parents and residents of Panglipuran Village, Bangli Regency. Data collection techniques are observations, interviews, documents and recordings. The results of the study found that parents provide stimulation in the form of daily activities in the form of habituation that is oriented to religion and local culture in Panglipuran Bangli Bali village in developing children's naturalistic intelligence.
